Neutral Mediator and Arbitrator

Laurence R. Clarke has an extensive background in mediation, arbitration, and the many other forms of dispute resolution.  During the course of his 42 years of experience as a litigation attorney, Mr. Clarke has served as a neutral mediator and arbitrator in some 400 superior court civil litigation cases, covering a wide array of legal issues, throughout Southern California.

In 1999, Mr. Clarke completed his studies for a Master's Degree in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, the most highly rated law school dispute resolution program in the country according to the U.S. News and World Report listing of the Best Graduate Schools.  Additionally, Mr. Clarke has taught Alternative Dispute Resolution as an Adjunct Professor of Law at both Southwestern Law School (1999 to 2008) and Pepperdine University School of Law (2001 to 2003).  Drawing upon this academic background, and his 42-year career as a civil litigation attorney, Mr. Clarke brings a unique perspective to the mediation or arbitration of litigated cases.  (For additional information on Mr. Clarke's background, kindly refer to the "Attorney Profile" page on this website.)
